About Us

The East Stanislaus Regional Water Management Partnership (ESRWMP), the official Regional Water Management Group for the East Stanislaus IRWM Region, was accepted by DWR as a region on Sept 1, 2011 and approved through the California Department of Water Resources’ (DWR) Region Acceptance Process (RAP).  You can view the RAP application on the Documents page, along with other documents that have been developed by the ESRWMP.

The Region developed it's first IRM Plan in 2013, which was accepted by DWR in August 2014. The Region updated the Plan in 2018 to meet DWR's 2016 Guidelines. The Draft Plan public comment period ended January 22, 2018 and was submitted to DWR for review in April 2018 and received DWR approval in July 2018.  The IRWM Plan Update is available on the Documents page.
